I did not get all my runs in this week :( Sadly I did something to my back during Yoga yesterday and I hurt too bad to run today. So I will try again next week. Luckily I somehow have two extra weeks in my half marathon training plan. It’s all good.
Everyone came over for the big party today. It was really nice but the race never got going. Stupid rain. That will not stop us from having fun. Last week I registered for a Mud Run here in the twin cities area. The Go Commando race. I am running it with my sisters and mom. So we hashed out some details today :) So excited for that! We are making T shirts but we need a team name. Any ideas? I am leaning towards “The Dirty Divas.”
We also decided that I am going to quit one of my jobs this week. The daycare is going bye bye. i love my co workers and the children but my boss is crazy. My sanity is not worth the little money I make there. I am going to look for another part time job. I hope something comes up but if not we will be just fine. I have more time to go workout this week since my “awesome” boss gave me six hours of work this week. So that is kinda nice. Enough rambling about random random. Here is what I hope to accomplish this week.
Tuesday: 3 miles and BodyPump
Thursday: 4 or 5 miles
Saturday: 3 miles and BodyFlow
Sunday: Rest Day
As always this is subject to change. As of right now I am supposed to go to an in service for the daycare. But I am hoping that once I quit I will not have to go.

Sorry I was MIA all last week. I had an emotional week and just did not have the energy to blog. Which is strange for me because I am not an emotional person at all. The good part of it was I got all my workouts in. I figure if I can not handle everything blogging is the thing that gets put on the back burner. Sorry Guys. :[
Anyways I was able to deal with what happened last week and I am back. It was work related. Nothing too major I was just hoping for a job that I basically thought I had. They told me no. I have been waiting for this job to open for two years it opened and they want some with more “experience.” So I will keep working on it. I know everything will work out. I just have to be patient.
Sadly, now I am sick. My body does not handle stress well and stress usually turns into sickness. So I have had a relaxing day. I am starting to feel a bit better than this morning. Hopefully it is on its way out for good!
Anyway all is well and I am back to regular posting :]
I got a 3 mile run in this morning. It seemed like everything could go wrong this morning on my way to the gym. I could not find my keys once I found them and made it to the gym I realized I forgot my headphones. So I had to drive all the way back home to get those. And a couple other other things to. Blah, Blah. Anywho, I got my run in. 3 miles in 29.50. I will take it :]
Once I got home I showered and packed super quick because we are heading up north the minute I get home. Then got all ready for work/interview. My interview is actually during my lunch break. So we will see how it goes…

It turned out to be a good day even though it started pretty bad! On to Wednesday :]
Monday; 2 mile walk, 6.75 mile bike ride
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Wednesday: 2 mile run, Yoga
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 5 mile run
Back to work tomorrow. I was actually scheduled to have the day off but my boss called me at 7:00 pm to see if I could come in and I said yes (because I cant say no to anyone and the money will be nice.) Although it would have been nice if she would have put me on the schedule in the first place. Okay, rant over.

It went pretty well today. I worked at the Day Care and those 11 hour shifts really wear me out!
As I was at work today I was thinking about doing my workout tonight. I began to look forward to it. For the first time working out has turned into a hobby. It is no longer something I do to get in shape. I do it because I like to do. Are there still going be days that I dread it? Sure. Are there going be days that I procrastinate it like no ones business? Sure there is. But that does not mean that I do not enjoy it most days and the number of days I dread it are becoming less and less. This is a good feeling.
I just finished my Yoga. So I burned 167 calories doing that and I ate a total of 1627.
I ate right where I should be but I still felt like I ate to much and I was beginning to feel guilty. In all reality I could have eaten more and it would not have been bad at all. I need to have a healthy relationship with food. I will get there with time.
1. I am still amazed at the the new followers I have gotten in the past couple of days! You guys are amazing and are really inspiring to me. :]
2. I hit my calorie goal for the day. I believe it is at 1697. :]
3. I have major problems committing to a calorie counting website. I do not know why I can not stick with one. I guess I just like to make sure I am doing the right thing so I check them all out. So far I have used Sparkpeople, Dailyplate, Loseit, CalorieCountAbout, Webmd and now I am back to Sparkpeople.
4. I did not like Sparkpeople’s website for a while but they switched it up and I like it again. So that is where I track.
5. We had Steak on the grill for supper tonight. My hubs did a great job.
6. I am aiming to do 3.5 miles outside tomorrow. This will be my furthest distance but I know I will be able to complete it.
7. I also have to be in a parade tomorrow for the Day Care.
Oh, the joy.
HI-Ho Hi Ho It is off to work I go.
I did pretty good. Yesterday. I did my Yoga but my calories only netted 1450. I am gonna try to get them higher today.
A 2 mile run plus some Yoga on tap for tonight.

I worked 11 hours today. Lets just say I am really looking forward to doing my Yoga tonight. :]
