Happy Sunday, everyone. I hope you had a fantastic weekend. Here is a little peek into what I wore to church today. I am sad that it is over but am happy it is only a 4 day work week :)
Here is my plan for the upcoming week:
Monday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 3 miles
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 14 miles
Sunday: Rest Day/Yoga
I am going into some uncharted territory this week in my marathon training. I have never ran more than 13.1 miles and this week I am supposed to go 14. That kinda scares me but excites me at the same time.
Wish me luck :)
4 miles done. It felt really strong during this run.
I actually thought about going longer. Then I thought I should be smart about it and not push myself too much. So I stopped at 4.
So the week is almost halfway over. I thought that would be a perfect time to update you with a list of what is going on in my head/life.
Speaking of which it is almost time for bed. Night all!
What do you think of the shirt?
As I mentioned before in early June I am running an adventure race with my mom and sister. We did this race last year and it was a blast! This year we decided we wanted T Shirts.
So I designed these. Our team name is The Dirty Divas and the name of the Race is Go Commando. We also have our last names on the back. They are 100% cotton which I am completely fine with and they will only be $20 each. Not too shabby :)
I can’t wait until these babies get here!
It turned out to be a good day even though it started pretty bad! On to Wednesday :]
I am horrible at thinking up titles.
I had a pretty good day. After my little freak out this morning. Sometimes I need a little reassuring that I am doing this correctly and you guys really know your stuff :] So much better than Mr. T (the hubby)!
After work tonight I did a 20 minute Yoga Session and I ran 2.0 miles outside. I burned 346 Calories today and I ate 1892. I believe this is right on track.
So with all this running outside I really need to get some Pepper Spray or something of that sort. During my run tonight I was beginning to freak myself out with everything that “could” happen and there I was with no Pepper Spray or Phone. With every sound I was on edge. That is the last time I will do that.
I completed my 2 mile run and my yoga tonight. I just was not feeling it but I completed it and I feel so much better.
My net calories for the day were 1450 not quite what I was hoping for but I am getting better and it will continue to get better.

I did pretty good. Yesterday. I did my Yoga but my calories only netted 1450. I am gonna try to get them higher today.
A 2 mile run plus some Yoga on tap for tonight.
