Happy Friday Everyone! Once again Friday is my rest day :] I did run my 3 miles yesterday and I have 4 on tap for tomorrow morning. Make it a great day :]

Friday has rolled around once again and that means time for a photo of me :] I did my three miles last night and it went pretty good. Either way I completed it so I am happy about that.

We are going to the Zoo this weekend with my sister and her family. It should be a good time. I also need to fit my 5.5 mile run in sometime this weekend. It will either me Saturday or Sunday weekend. Unfortunately the horrible heat is on the way back so I just may have to do it on the treadmill.
